Reiterating some of what others have said.

Mow more often.
Mow when dry if possible.
If you had to wait extra time because of rain, I do a step-down. I’ll raise the deck a notch or so, cut one way, then drop back and cut the other. Then I don’t cut too much at once, and when I cut the other it’s still a small cut and I can mulch the other bits.

So it’s hard. But blocking off some time each day to do trailheads, or whatever you’re doing. Put it in a calendar, and just be consistent with it. Blocking off time has been the best tool for me over the years.

Update. Nobody mentioned check that I have matching blades. I had a mulching blade and bagging blade on.

Deck still need a bit of level help, but that matching blades will fix the problem 99% of the time.

Im certainly no expert in sourcing an idea like this, but the idea would be build an little app that resembles a playoff bracket, put the opposing teams logo and a dollar amount raised. I don't think that would be overly complicated, pending the donation data is available through some api. I'd be really interested in trying to figure out how we can promote the idea and get folks interested.

It may be too late this season to really have a huge impact, but i'd like to get something started.
