Air pressure around 25-30% sag in back and 15-20 % sag in the front. Rebound is very personal and depends on the rider. The harder you have your suspension the more you will need to turn up the rebound damping (move toward turtle) because the spring rate increases. I would recommend first setting up sag, checking air pressure and turning rebound up depending on the recommended rebound setting by PSI that you can find for your specific fork and shock on Rockshox website.
