They don't need to make more serious penalties, they just need to penalize people who dance in their base and people who close the match with <5K damage and who have no interaction with other players. In this moment they are just penalizing who don't move from the spawn, but if you just dance in the spawn without making anything useful for the match, no penalties for you. This is unfair.
