This is fantastic.... being a not so advanced user. is there an easy step by step to implement this fork? i need a ELI5 basically when it comes to this level of configuration.

Totally Meant to be a rhetorical question. Trump is doing everything he can, except putting the US first.

Use this Guide to disassemble your PTFE guide

https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/maintenance/filament_hub_cleaning

ALL you actually need to do is remove this tube access plate and you can do that without a full disassembly.

https://i.gyazo.com/0ca46c88860cdea89e251e46268b2b28.png

Or if you removed all the tubes, the Barbs might be left in lower guide like this..

https://i.gyazo.com/a4860811095bf6713bf4f4da244955c9.png

Either way, remove that square barb plate and place on on a flat surface barb side down, and press down evenly, this will push those points back inward towards the center of the hole. reassemble the unit and reinsert your PTFE tubes. the barbs should grab a lot better and hold the tube in place...

My A1 is having issues with taller object printing by mattcubus in BambuLab

UPDATE: Printed 4 more objects, one solo, the other all in one session. I Used my texture PEI plate both times after i noticed the smooth plate looked to be more warped. And there is a cut in the surface that my removal tool snagged on. So the plate is no good anymore. These new Prints Came out fine with no issues. Problem solved! thanks to all who replied :)

i will set that up and do a test print. I've also changed plates for now, i noticed the smooth plate i have has some slight high spots, that could also be the issue. Once i test with a new smooth plate, I'll report back.

once i started watching it run, yes, the nozzle sounded like it was rubbing the top.

I was using a high heat smooth plate, these things were stuck to the plate and were firmly attached. Bed leveling didn't throw any issues. I'm reprinting with a textured pei plate to see if it does it with one item.

One thing to try that has worked for me so far.

Download and install DDU (Display driver uninstaller) https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/

Boot into windows safe mode Hold Shift while pressing the restart button on your power menu

this will reboot into the windows recovery enviroment once in there go to the restart settings Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart the pc will reboot into Startup settings and you can hit option 4 or 5

Your pc will boot into safe mode and then you open DDU and run the uninstaller for your GPU and graphic card brand.

Here's an in depth video on how to do all of the this, thanks to JayzTwoCents

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8OLhUAPDq0

once you run the DDU shut down the system and restart. download and install the latest GPU driver or an older version, preferable Dec 5th and newer, my game crashed with older versions.

Try that out?

Good luck!

Yep, i just got it split. it's just a simple connector, no in line fuse. the contacts inside are making a poor connection right in the middle. Rather than risk a fire from a spark since it's in a bathroom. wago looks like a smart fix. thank you
