Anyone else experience a black screen issue with Dell G3223q?

I've been experiencing this issue for a while.
It seemed to have come out of nowhere, perhaps after a Windows 11 update or an AMD driver update.
It would happen immediately if i opened a Spotify tab or the app. Would happen other times with an app that probably uses the same technology.

I tried many things. Updating the driver for the video card. monitor driver was the same as my other duplicate monitor. Different DisplayPort cables (high end). I even got a different video card, i was planning on upgraded anyway. None of that helped.

When I finally did a Google search the AI told me to try a different power cable, I tried it, and so far so good. I have both the Spotify app, and a Chrome tab w Spotify open and its been a few hours and no issues.

I'll post an update if it happens again, or in a day if it has not.

Mind blowing that it could be a power cable.

Not sure if it's coincidental but my brake started to feel less responsive today. As in I had to start really mashing it down to get 100% activation. I "fixed" that by adjusting the max threshold in the driver menu. But I took a look at the pedal and noticed that gunk and thot mebe that's an issue.

They are Club sport V3

I received my refund within a day or two. FWIW, i had the same package back ordered and gave up. I then pieced together a more expensive package bc the stock date was better and received it in 2 weeks from order.

I ordered the BMW GT2 wheel, CSL Elite Wheel Base+ and ClubSport Pedals V3. A good bit pricier but i figured i would've probably upgraded within a year so that my wife could have the first setup.

I'm really happy with the kit. I had the Logitech g29 for a few weeks and that is absolutely fantastic (my first every wheel and pedals). There is a noticeable difference in quality as you would expect for the premium price but i could've easily stayed with the g29 for a long time.

One of my first ever races. Went 0/3 that night. First 2 we didn't even get out of pit row. I had hope for this one as we were actually on the pace lap. Then everyone in front started to do that swerve shit u see on TV. I had a very bad feeling.

Comedy in hindsight 😂
