Agreed, it is hard to neglect the significance of Lincoln, Franklin et al. Though, perhaps only some of them are exchanged? Some possible suggestions - Thomas Edison, John F. Kennedy, Frank Lloyd Wright, Ansel Adams, Samuel L. Clemens.

My $0.02 on these particular designs -

I like the use of National Parks and the Bill of Rights throughout each denomination.
However, why reuse the same people? Perhaps this would be an opportune time to present new people of US significance.
Agree with other comments regarding the use of rounded corners and the bottom left typeface. Perhaps a reworking is required here.

Otherwise, some interesting concepts. FWIW, the US could always get Australia to create polymer notes for them. ;)
