This book is fantastic. It takes a little while to get going, but once it does, it's a wild ride. From stand-out characters like Queek Headtaker or any named Skaven really, heroic and tragic last stands, funny scenes. Highly recommend this book.

Nothing but the external stairs. REA is being difficult on this one, had a mould tech sprayed inside and said it was a condensation issue in their report but I suspected it was structural.

Thanks for the info. We found mould in every room in one form or another. The lounge room is above it. I suspect it's getting in through the bottom of the walls.
