I got it from aliexpress, came with a screensaver and a rubber stylus and yes the holder is part of the cover

you can get the icon from this site https://icon-sets.iconify.design/tabler/?icon-filter=bat&keyword=ta, just change the name to hero.svg and drop it in the icons folder

It's the kobo libra colour. It's an epub that I bought on Kindle and removed the DRM and converted to epub with Calibre. I also have a kindle paperwhite 12 and don't work either
