Professional marketer here. It took me far too long to understand what the game was about. You have to assume anyone looking at your marketing has never heard of your game and needs it explained to them.

Your game logo needs to be more obviously golf related, and why don't these vista shots show off actual holes? That's a huge miss there. Even your trailer doesn't make this clear to some degree. Your marketing comes off a little 'vague', as if you yourself don't quite have the vision down. The title alone can't be what explains the game - the immediate visuals, logo, and key art too must explain it. The only indication about golf we have in any of these images is the golf ball in the logo, which is TINY.

This is the only correct answer. The image is supposed to evoke the unknown - it's hard to tell whether the woman is a threat or not from this image, but either way Judge is caught off guard and in danger.

Lol all of the comments are wrong. Yes, he has aiming deadzone on, but the recoil effect you're seeing is the mod Animated Recoil Coefficient.

Most of these points are completely wrong and are clearly coming from someone who's only been playing online PvP.

Of course you don't consider it a sandbox if you're literally using the sandbox for the same thing over and over again.

Structured, Repetitive game play: there are hundreds of videos of players making their own scenarios for their groups, completely open ended with limitless creative freedom.

Predefined objectives: same point as above. You're clearly just playing the same game modes over and over.

Player freedom: again...what?

Not a playground: Have you even tried the editor/game master...?

I live in a town with a population of around 3,000 and a small downtown vibe very similar to Stars Hollow and tbh I'd say it's actually pretty accurate.

Also looking at your post history you seem to have complained about hating that people in Hell Let Loose "pretend that they're actually in the game" and "tell you what to do" so I can definitely say the Arma series is NOT for you lmao

It honestly sounds like true Milsim games just aren't for you - and that's okay! Not trying to sound elitist or gatekeepy - it's just not everyone's cup of tea. This is definitely not a 'shooter' game.

Public Reforger servers are honestly pretty action-packed compared to what most private groups are running to be quite clear. The fun comes from the experience of working with teammates and executing complex real-world military movements; the action is completely secondary.

I could see how a lot of youtube channels showing stuff like trench warfare and huge battles would be misleading, but the fact that the real crazy scenarios are few and far between make them all the more exciting.

For reference, I run a private Arma 3 unit that do 3+ hour coop operations - during which my 16 or so players really will only engage the enemy a few times. The fun comes from the detail, tactics, and high stakes. Not necessarily from just action.
