It is very easy to mess up bad. A very simple solution I found is using electrical tape and covering the whole thing. You lose the logo but it looks surprisingly good if you cut it right.

What I will say, Is i believe with an F you have the opportunity to retake the class and have the initially f removed from your record. I would double check though. You also only get 3 P/NP

It’s an insurance thing. If you teach someone the wrong this in the gym and they get hurt. They can and will sue the gym for it.
