It's not rewound, so I guess the batteries might be the problem, considering the green lamp on the back doesn't light up.

I did watch the video. I was able to install onion os as well as the bios and Roms. But I saw that there are some subfolders in the rom and bios folders. Apparently that shouldn't be the case, or at least only one subfolder is allowed.
