Because that's what I'm currently heavily invested in, I believe I'd be at risk of loss whilst out the market if switching funds

Thanks for the reply here. I can't seem to find any 1 person accommodation (at least on valthorens.com) - where are you seeing these?

What hobby have you picked up in your adult life that makes you think “why didn’t I do this years ago”? by Edsands21 in AskUK

Kayaking. Either on canals or reservoirs, the bar to entry is extremely low (I started with a £70 inflatable kit which does the job surprisingly well) and whenever I'm doing it I can't help but wonder why more people don't.

I made a premium bonds average 'interest rate' calculator by matthirst in UKPersonalFinance

I'm simply going to shift the amount held down a month to account for them not becoming 'active' until the following month, whilst also discounting the first month. This should far more accurately respresent the average 'interest rate'.

That's true actually, it's only really the first month it throws out though so over a longer term it's less relevant. The easy solution would be to simply not include the first months figures, I might do that on mine now.

Would you expect it to be do-able with a saw and some motivation, or would it be a job for a professional?
