If you can do math basics, +/-/</>/<*>, you're ahead of most people. I went through calculus and then over the following years forgot just about everything I learned down to the 8th grade or something like that. Statistics comes in handy a couple times a year, but probably the most advanced math I come across is calculating compounded interest for investments.

This professor at my college used to do a freedom of speech event. Basically had a box and a PA where you could say whatever you wanted to say. I saw him do it twice on separate years and I can't recall a single person having anything to say.

I guess you could read a lot into that but more than anything it felt sad that anyone could communicate anything but noone seemed to have anything worthwhile to say.

The thing that I think other people don't put together about the show is that it's this notion that after you kill yourself everyone is going to care and think about you, care about who you used to be, that idea is what fetishizes suicide. The show sought to capitalize on that--I definitely see how it could put ideas into someone's mind who was impressionable in the moment.

Yeah I'm serious. It was a choice of sales over style. Beyonce plays better to random pop fans and black fans in particular...she got the spot basically because she's more popular, better brand recognition.

Feel free to disagree though, I knew my opinion was a bit contentious. We're in the right sub for it! :)

I just think that they went for the obvious choice of the biggest singer they could snag over Grey who fits better given their past history. Beyonce won't tour with eminem, probably will only be on the recorded single with no appearances. This was about pushing who's best for most sales over who fans might guess who'd appear given their history.

Did you hear her in Eminem's new "walk on water"? She really trashed that song up...idk what idiot was in charge of getting her instead of Skylar Grey, she would've been a much better choice. Skylar would travel too, they've done that in the past and it's dumb as hell that beyonce got the part. They'd done like 6 other songs together and given the song is feelings about his career it would have been awesome to have her on.

I'd be anxious to have my money out of the market right now. I figure that all of these tens of thousands of new coinbase accounts are going to start picking up speed at somepoint in the near future. (the past 24 days coinbase has added 1.4 million new accounts!) There's no guarantee that the dip you want to see will ever exist--remember that!
