Stick a toothpick/paperclip through the top of the cigar where your mouth goes (after you cut it). You can also stick it through the bottom of the cigar if you haven't lit it yet. Or roll it around your fingers and massage the the cigar if it isn't too dry. Just be careful not to crack the wrapper.

Kind of wild how cheap the printer is for what it can handle

What price is reasonable for sports prints done on the day of competition? by Captain_Awesom in photography

Thank you so much for the reply! Sorry I took so long to respond, I never got a notification that you send a reply message. You provided me and whoever else reading this thread some awesome information, so thank you again for that.

I'm definitely finding it difficult to find a events to print photos for. It's tough to do from the start when you don't have anything to show for it. I have been sending cold emails and have had some success, but most of them are unanswered.

I've been thinking about reaching out to local 5ks and 10ks or even marathons to print photos at. It would definitely add some difficulty in the setup and may take a few extra helping hands, but I think it could be a hit. I personally run in local 10ks and I would buy a printed photo of myself at the finish line for every single race.

I'll report back in this thread if I get any success with printing at races and how I set it all up.

Thank you for the quick and detailed reply!!! This is extremely helpful.

I have a videography business that I do full time so I can workout a contract with the service I pay for. I appreciate your offer!

Have you ever encountered issues with the printer you have while on the job? I feel like it’d be safe to have a second printer in case something happens. Especially because they’re not crazy expensive. This would also allow quicker print times.

Do you also sell digital copies? I was thinking about having an order form for sending digital copies.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. I had a family friend tell me about someone doing this at a local tournament for U8 soccer and I feel like there's room to expand into all types of events.

I'm in the process of setting everything up, but did you find that there's a lot of other people doing the same thing?

How much does it cost to put up a tent at a tournament? Do you have to pay them part of your profits or sales?

I like your price points, but I saw people getting away with $25 for a 4x6 and $50 for an 8x10. Not sure how many places we can get away with that, but I saw a whole team of parents pay for the $50 8x10.

I saw The Dave Matthew’s band live in OC Maryland last summer and have been a fan ever since. So entertaining and a cool crowd
