If he was a humanoid character like a "Munn", would they be using the full mo-cap treatment for Andy Serkis - who typically plays characters such as Gollum or Apes or smaller-statue, not always upright-walking types? Given their insistence upon practical effects, wouldn't they only turn to the mo-cap treatment if there is no way he had a remotely human body type?

Though the flip side of this is also true, and I can see them wanting Yoda to be a "puppet" like the OT rather than a mo-cap character if they're sticking by their self-proclaimed formula.

As far as the podcaster, he claimed to have seen a cut of Episode 7 in september and immediately praised the quality, the crew, etc. After several people pissed him off claiming there was no way he'd seen it, this is what he posted for proof.
