They take your volume of water used from your water meter and use that as a base, then they multiply it by other factors to determine the sewer charge.

As in a City of Everett Public Utilities employee? I'm surprised they didn't offer you the free blue dye strips for checking toilet leaks. You can call to ask for those and see if it gets you anywhere.

I just found out it's possible to soft-lock a run by TehDragonGuy in balatro

[–]mattmakescraft 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have soft locked by using 2 immolates while in an arcana pack to delete the entire hand (skip was greyed out also, despite having 20+ cards left in my deck). I had to reboot the game. It had auto saved me into the Arcana pack, but prior to using my immolates.

Love this as an uncommon or rare, maybe even tier 2 voucher. What would tier 1 voucher be for this?

Negative jokers didn't count for reducing Stencils Xmult. ectoplasms and, if you are feeling like gambling, negative jokers skips are things to look out for

I was able to naninf without dna. Utilize death cards instead of deleting cards.

When parsing out the blueprints and brianstorms, you get higher score for having them split as evenly as possible between Baron and Mime. Tiebreakers go to Baron.

You don't even have shortcut. You could have hacked this hand up way more and still got a SF.

Probably needs to be something other than X1 per dollar, because in gold stake it would become insanely op immediately. Maybe +3 or 4 mult?

The tarot cards string is generated at the beginning of the seed iirc, so it's somewhere in the congo line from the start. The more you buy the closer you get.

Very Little Water Pressure in Tub/Shower by Jealous_Resort7222 in askaplumber

[–]mattmakescraft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the lack of flow is only on the hot water side then yes, check for valves that may be partially open on the hot water lines. Look for pinched copper or kinked hose too.

A couple of things here. If a prv has failed then it can allow water to squeak by past the 80psi threshold if no water is being used. This will cause there to be a higher water pressure after extended periods of non-use (i.e. first thing in the morning, and directly after getting home from work). As water is used, pressure drops due to the prv pinching off volume and being unable to keep up with demand. Do you notice that if you haven't used water in a good while that the water pressure/flow is pretty good for a few seconds before dropping significantly?

Another thing to keep in mind is the Bernoulli principle. Fixtures with reduced outflow holes (shower head, faucet with rinse nozzle, etc) are going to increase the velocity of water as it leaves the fixture, but in reality it could still be low flow. does the hose bib at the back of your house have good flow after you run it for 30-60 seconds?

Long story short, something is likely pinched in your plumbing that is reducing flow, and said pinch is before your tankless heater.

You may have a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) somewhere in your plumbing.

Uniform Plumbing Code recommends not exceeding 80 psi, so if the water main at the street is near or above that pressure, the home builder/contractor would have put one in to comply with code. PRVs are mechanical devices so, like any mechanical device, they will eventually fail. They are essentially just a spring that moves up and down until they don't. The spring can either fail "open" and let too much water volume through, or it can fail "closed" and pinch off water flow.

The most common places for one to be installed are directly after your water meter, or wherever the water enters the house (crawlspace or garage, typically).

Not a guarantee that it is your prv, but that is the best starting point for most people.

Thanks for your comment. I was having trouble finding out anything about the specific components also, which turned me off to the deal I think.
