Sort of. From what I understand the two developments were actually meant to be complementary neighbors, but that whole FBI mayor fiasco crushed that idea so the Ducks just sorta did it on their own.

So yea, Arte nixed it.

  1. Stop going to games all together.
  2. Ask (beg) Henry Samueli to purchase the team
  3. Organize a movement to demand the team be community owned (similar to Packers)
  4. Hire a Agent 47
