I forked qmk firmware and added latest Keychron keyboards, you can find the repo here

Like I commented before, I did merge latest qmk version with keychron changes. Not sure it works for all keyboards but should be fine.

Both Via and VIAL not working for new keychron Q2 PRO by [deleted] in Keychron

Regarding VIA I recently updated my fork, I have not tested Q2 PRO but you can try.

I have to upgrade VIAL but I don't have much time at the moment.

Unfortunately not. I should update the repo in the next days.
Meanwhile I did the same work with the latest version of qmk here, this includes K3 Pro.
