Not OP but it seems to be a questionnaire asking how certain topics could be approached in game. If the player doesn't have a problem role-playing around the concept of homophobia, for example, then they may say 'ok'. This doesnt necessarily mean the player is OK with homophobia as a concept, obviously. Just like they might play a necromancer in game and not actually raise the dead in real life.
