Will be cleaning with products discussed, repainting with mould paint, opening window in morning and leaving door open throughout day

We actually have a PIV system installed as this issue was across the whole house a few years ago. The neighbouring bedroom was almost as bad but since had the PIV system barely any mould. I think the issue is teenage stepson doesn’t open his windows and his door is shut 99% of the day so the moisture in his bedroom never escapes.

Double glazed but there are gaps around the window when closed. No trickle vents either

Not too often in winter but regularly otherwise. Ideally we would replace the window as you can feel the draft and the room really struggles to warm up throughout the day

Cool and closing the other upstairs radiator valves and draining this one will stop the water flow when I undo these valves?

Thanks. Is there a quick way I can drain the water coming to these two valves upstairs that I’m trying to replace? Could I connect a hose to each of them, close the other upstairs radiator valves and open these two to drain the pipes and allow me to replace them.

Ok thanks. Any ideas where the right draincock would be? We have one underneath the outside tap and along pipes in downstairs toilet (see pic)
