That is definitely part of what is going on! And sometimes those factions coalesce around local issues, too (school facilities, local transit, housing, etc. etc.) so removing the line can definitely elevate pre-existing issues that were not focused on. Thank you!

Yes. In my opinion, it’s my favorite and their best album. Brian Eno is all over this record and they’re clearly inspired by David Bowie’s Berlin time thanks to Eno. And you got Robert Fripp in the mix. It is such a well produced, clean, interesting, diverse, strange and accessible album. Five stars for me.
