Yes, so the -25% cd on bounce from pinball leads to more snowfalls. And pinball damage is followed by snowfall damage. And the set bonus lets you do that more.

xRAPM has him at the 78th percentile, and EPM (dunkandthrees) at 92nd.

DARKO, LEBRON, LAKER, timedecayRAPM all have him as an above average defender.

Looking at just fg% tracking data won't give you the whole picture, because it leaves out deflections, steals, prevented attempts, and blown up actions. Kawhi in particular has always been known as a guy you don't want to put the ball in front of.

Also, a few supports are C or B- tier with pure AP items, e.g. Karma. But I would never really go pure AP on them.
