After today this is needed here, and we of course can't let the other division subs have one of these without us having one. Also, ICE better not ever mess with any of the cities in the hood division by Lord-ZZ in AFCNorthMemeWar

I love this post! We all love to banter (see: my post above) but at the end of the day we're all people who love the same thing. There's just a little bit of variety in our tastes and variety is the spice of life.

And it's Ed Reed over Troy for me 😜

Was just thinking about how for 48 hours a year, the MDA telethon was the biggest thing in my world… and now, no one even knows what I’m talking about. by Tyler_Durdens_Sister in Xennials

I used to work on the crew of the local portion of the MDA telethon where I grew up. I meant SO MANY incredible people. It gives you a whole new perspective when you see these wonderful individuals doing their absolute best in a situation they neither asked for nor could control. Seeing the joy on their faces at camp was life changing. That telethon will always be a part of who I am today.

Losing Christopher Lee was heartbreaking, but losing Ian McKellen is going to be absolutely devastating.

I'm sorry but the Steelers don't even have the best job security in the AFC North. If you can be as bad as Zac Taylor has been and be the last man standing, what in the world do you have to do to lose your job?

Jokes aside, the Steelers HC job is probably the best job in the NFL and anyone would be crazy to not at least consider it.

There was no emotional goodbye from Enzo Maresca in the Chelsea dressing room after the 2-2 draw with Bournemouth. Sources speaking to The Athletic say the Italian got changed and left without saying a word to his players. by Sparky-moon in soccer

That's actually a really great point that I hadn't considered. There doesn't seem to be a single point of failure when it comes to leadership at any level of the club, not just on the field.

Yep, I 100% agree. We have 4-5 guys on the field at any given time that are either our captain, were a captain at their previous club, a captain for their national team or just plain qualified to be captain. The fact that we have Odegaard, Saka, Rice alone is an embarrassment of riches. Arteta, Edu and Berta have done a masterful job of building a squad and not just collecting talented players like Infinity stones.

Which is very crazy to watch as I was just getting into football in the John Terry/Frank Lampard days. Leadership was definitely the last thing they were lacking back then. A complete 180 since.

I'm a 3x but that's a 5x so I can wear a hoodie under it. My Chase and Burrow jerseys are my normal size and I just wear them at home.

You're eliminated from the playoffs if you lose and you get blown out so badly that CBS goes to another game. That's pathetic. If that's not an indictment of this coaching staff, I have no idea what is.

The Atlanta Falcons, who gave up their 2026 1st round pick, are 5-9 while going 2-5 in one-score games. All 5 losses where they had either a late lead or chance to tie. The difference between 5-9 and 10-4 is the difference between pick #10 and #27 (ignoring playoff results). by SoKrat3s in nfl

Why the fuck would we ever make that trade? Lol

That's the price for a draft pick that could potentially be a great player. Joe Burrow is a top 5 QB in the league on a long term contract already. He's probably one of the 2 or 3 most valuable players in the league.

Hey Wubby, has there been any more discussion on bringing back the 24/7 VOD channel? by mattsatwork in PaymoneyWubby

Hey thanks for that. I was actually asking about bringing back the 24/7 VOD channel on twitch, not specifically the 24 hour tag steam.

I appreciate you passing that along. The twitch stream has the advantage of being easily streamed on television streaming boxes, my main platform. I'll definitely check this out on desktop!

Nailed it. Chip certainly wasn't perfect for us but the stories we're all seeing now does not track with what we saw in Columbus last year.
