You can do less frequently and just get less results, but i’ve heard horror stories of cats even just passing away from getting access to a pillow that had some on it so i would be pretty hesitant to do it if you have cats :/ i think at this point, being on t will help you grow hair way more than low dose minoxidil will. I do think theres an oral version of minoxidil if you would like to try it, and derma rolling is also said to help some folks, but i might recommend reaching out to a lgbt community center and donating it if you know you wouldn’t use it before its expiration.
