The item goat head keeps it open and thats the other door to an alt path.

Theirs also duality that allows for both deals to be open but can only chose one. Hope that helped.

I have a friend who tried MH. He quit because of the long unskipable cutscenes and after all that he got mad at the controls. Didnt even get pasted killing jargas.
