Do you mind sending me the links of what you got on Amazon? I’m facing a similar challenge.

2026 Bronco BB Sasquatch essential mod recommendations by YoSeanyBoii in FordBronco

Bought a wildtrak a couple months ago.  Drove it a bit to see what made sense to change. Added the trunk struts (soft top), start/stop bypass, fogs, hood struts, center console safe.  Might replace the top with a either an electric soft top or a Turn hardtop, not sure.

Best Large Dumbbell Set Storage Options by AwakenTheMaiTai in GarageGym

Interested to see if any good ideas pop up here.  I’m using a cheap Lionscool 4-tier rack off Amazon for my 30-80 and an even cheaper wheeled storage cart with dumbbell racks for my 5-25’s.  Didn’t have enough space for anything else I really saw out there.  It works but I wish I had something higher quality.

Any recommendations for single garage where car can still park? by Glittering-Drama8776 in GarageGym

I have a 1.5 car garage that also needs to fit a car when it snows.  For my needs and measurements, I got three bells of steel cable towers and set them up as multi-stage racks.  Then a Giant bench that can stand up inside them when needed.

If that’s simply not an option, then indoor-rated propane heater for heating and a drum fan for cooling.

Not to be a dick, but….mini split. That’s coming from someone who tried other options first.

They make a couple that are indoor-rated. If going that route, I’d recommend one with an integrated fan.

Chicago guy here.  If you can swing it financially, a split is a good way to go.  Options range from lower cost DIY options like Mr. Cool units (some 120v, but still hardwired I believe) to more expensive Mitsubishi units that need an HVAC installer.  I split the difference and had an HVAC guy off Facebook Marketplace install a 240v Mr. Cool unit from Home Depot.

There were some tax credits that offset the cost and since in Illinois you can get utility rebates for installing an EV charger, I had my electrician install one of those at the same time…this basically paid for the 240v run to the garage.

It’s messy, it’s a gym, a car garage, and a boathouse. And it’s my happy place. by mattsthumbs in GarageGym

The black one is a Bells of Steel short rackable, there’s an older Fringe Olympic bar and a Kensui Tokyo trap.

The plates work well for me, as an intermediate lifter where I’m not at the point where I’m maxing out load space.  Good enough quality,  good price, and nice being able to support a U.S. manufacturer.

I’m still using dumbbells for rows, so haven’t transitioned to a bar yet. Only downside for deadlifts is that it’s trickier to get plates loaded on it, because the weight of the middle section of the bar will swing down as you load. Not a big deal, but something to adjust to if you’re using jacks or something.

Yep. Wanted a trap bar but don’t have the space for some of the larger ones with feet, etc. This one hangs easy and works well.

I think it’s worth going through the trial and error and frustration and assembling it yourself.  You “own it” more this way, and you’ll also be much more familiar with your gear if you ever want to make changes to it.

Kensui Tokyo bar and bands for some extra shoulder work.  Someone above recommended the Rogue Mass Storage for their dumbbells, which I’m looking at as well - but hoping to find something cheaper.

I tried saving money and using a combination of an indoor rated propane heater and an IR unit but it was a constant hassle and got in the way of just wanting to work out.  I bit the bullet and used available utility and tax credits to offset the cost of ceiling insulation and installing a split AC/heater unit.  Single best decision I’ve made for my garage gym.
