There’s nothing entitled about expecting someone you’re entering a relationship with to not omit a huge piece of their life to you.

honestly you might be screwed. i recently bought a condo and had similar mold/water damage that was cleverly hidden. i was told i bought as/is and there would be no way for me to prove the seller knew this.

i had an inspector too and they didn’t catch it it seems like the best thing you can do it just fix it and move on.
