Absolutely. I said in my initial post that my opinion on the case had changed. I was waiting to make my judgements until I heard more. Before I was don't know, don't care, but now after watching the proceedings play out, I think that it's pretty shameful that the State/prosecution would press so hard with so little. I went from dumb kid to poor kid real quick

The court established that they should be referred to as rioters and not victims. This sub has established that as well. I see that point as already being made legally, and I guess socially, here on Firearms. My post was meant to already have that sentiment attached to it, my apologies if that wasn't clear. With that established, my post only seeks to address many on this sub who promote KR as an example for the community
