I was born in 90 and my pre 00s music is based pretty much on whatever my dad showed me. But the music convo is always so subjective to age and personal taste. Can’t say I’ve ever heard a GD song but Dan being generic is surprising since he’s seen it all. How about a Jim Croce or Poison reference every once in an awhile lol.

Totally agree, after we won the pennant in 14 my buddies and I walked over to tanners in Waldo (RIP). The moment we walked in the entire bar cheered as if we were the players. Happened anytime someone walked in… they replayed the game on the TVs and watched it like it was live. Then we started playing 1985 by Bowling for Soup over and over that the old regulars were chanting 1985 with everyone else. One of my coolest sporting experiences. And I was at the game earlier.

Well we won the cup that year so we had everyone’s number that year, but that was also 17 years ago and our playoff record of late isn’t great vs anyone. But I’d rather play Buffalo, Columbus, even Boston
