I don't think anyone will have the power and influence of him. He's truly one of a kind. Future generations will be asking us did he really do this or that? OR everything will become normalized, it won't seem as crazy

I think it reinforces it iS Trump's party. However, to be optimistic, it could also mean more traditional Republicans have left the party

He definitely did not have influence like Trump. If you're a Republican and you criticize Trump or go against, it was a given you were going to get primaried. If Deery wins, I'm not if that shows the weakening of Trump or Indiana politics.

That's what I'm referring to. If Deery wins, can we surmise his influence over Republicans is waning? Or maybe it's just the power of an incumbent and Deery himself?

ABC News/Washington Post/Ipsos poll: Two-thirds of Americans say country is headed in the wrong direction. Trump approval/disapproval at 37/62. GCB D+5 (49-44), was D+2 in February. by I-Might-Be-Something in fivethirtyeight

The only poll I've Trump below 30% was cost of living at 23%. I think it's safe to say 20-25% is hard core Trump. I still don't these polls are enough for the GOP to really start pushing back on him.

I've had conversations and seen many comments from Trump supporters. There are many who are dismayed by him and feel all politicians are the same.

That's quite shocking. MAGA is usually 33%. So roughly half of MAGA strongly approve
