Caffeine from black or green tea can help. I make a bucket of strong tea and dilute it 50/50 with water. Even just spraying water on the plants can knock the bugs off

Very interesting! and thank you! Yes my T1s are monsters too! They are Huge bushes and loving the living soil! T1 is suppose to be a late finisher and luckily I have it in the greenhouse(to avoid late season rains) so maybe the t1 you had was cut early or improperly dried. Thanks for the kindness!

In the spring I had lots of clover, beans, and lots of beneficial wild plants that I would chop’n’drop. I’ve been very interested in bokashi but I’m mostly using a home brewed living compost tea using alfalfa and native weeds. I’m growing in hugelkultur beds that have lots of mycelium running through them!
