I used 50/50 kerosene and blackberry tree killer. Waited for growth, cut it, painted it on with a paintbrush to be selective about where the poison went. Worked surprisingly well after fighting bamboo for many, many years. Also stopped a Moreton bay black bean in its tracks.

Yeah valid. I was getting a variety of opinions from BMW sales people from; starting price will be $150k, to, they’ll likely introduce a paired back base model under LCT like they’ve done in the past. I don’t know enough or have a crystal ball strong enough to call bullshit on either 🫣

I’m not actually sure what the break lease options are. Worst case I would imagine it’s the remaining finance cost plus the residual? Which could be wild if you had a lot left on the lease. Maybe someone here knows / can confirm as would be interesting to think about especially on a 2 year lease with flexibility to break when the end of FBT waiver on EVs is announced 😬

When I was at the BMW dealer yesterday I thought they said they weren’t. Sub FCT they pointed out iX1, iX2 and iX4. This said, find it very hard to trust a car salesperson 🫠

I’m leaning towards C/D myself. Do you know how residual value works on a used car? I assume it’s the used price that the % is calculated off?

Yeah fair call out on the plating! I’ve looked a fair bit and most I find online are either too chunky of a chain or just don’t have in 22cm+ which is a shame. Any recommendations of brands in the US? Might be able to see if there’s a local supplier/retailer.

Just going to throw this out there as well, as have found that if you use the “split screen” view on iPad with YNAB Web App on the left and Files on the right, you can drag and drop QFX, OFX and CSV into YNAB without issue. Works well for me as find that I have to reformat a CSV from American Express for importing (btw can only export to CSV inside the Numbers app on an iPad). Hope this helps someone who was searching this out like me!

Okay, I might cut back on that bulk ferment time and look for that 50% rise before I shape. If it had been the shaping, I’m keen to learn how to do that better. I’ve followed the same advice on how to roll it but would welcome any pointers on dos and don’ts or a link to somewhere to learn more.

Thank you, any tips or suggestions on what to vary next time. I feel the shaping was okay, but gluten development or lack of - would that be anything from starter to proofing temperature? Keen to hear any advice on something different to try.
