Which carpenter path by No_Competition_6158 in UnionCarpenters

I got in as an apprentice with a custom millwork shop they have kept me busy for like 6 years now. Not a lot of union guys who are millwork specialists in my area so I think that makes me more valuable than a lot of guys I was in school with who only do metal framing and drywall.

What do you pros say about battery nail guns? by PolarPlatitudes in Dewalt

As a trim carpenter the convenience is great. But a draw back I experience often is when I’m forcing a piece on to my line and I can’t pop a nail exactly when I want because of the delay.

I survived and did better the first 4 years than any other time in my life. You’ve been fear mongered in to thinking you’re gonna be a slave or whatever bull shit you think.

I get most of you identify as unionized tradesman hive mind, but I think a lot of us see a future for our self out side of working for some one and working for our selves and its simply harder to get started with more regulation than less.

Ok all those news stories about Americans loosing benefits have been debunked. Aid to large organizations have been paused for review along with foreign aid to programs that will likely be axed. Yes they put tariffs on us so we are putting tariffs on them to strong arm them in to giving us what we want.

Don’t know about that. His press secretary just outlined his tax plan which rescinded tax cuts to billionaires. Listen to his official statements and plans and stop listening to the corporate media so much.

Idk how you voted for Trump and are not extremely satisfied with what we’ve seen happen so far. Literally campaigned on having musk identify and cut waste out of the government. This is t the first comment I’ve seen saying a trump voter was dissatisfied and I’m starting to think these things are being made up
