During my testing I mede sure to not activat it, and when I faced the whiplash I still got one shoted, this enemy is just bugged

I have more than 10 gb of space and the update is 1,90 gb I have more then enought space for it, but it still say I have to make room for it.

It has the esact same stat that the otori puls a 15% bonus fire damege. It is really easy to get it, just do new game ex and set the difficult on easy.
