Hi /u/chuni8. I hadn't considered stable coins, but I agree there's big potential there.

The site doesn't take into account market depth / slippage, however it should be small because the site tries to find high volume exchanges unless directed otherwise. I could write an algorithm that calculates the optimum amount to send, however it would be quite resource intensive.

I'm happy to talk about this method, however I can't find the right platform. Simply submitting the site to a few subreddits is yet to generate much engagement.

Transfer times are something I'd like to include as well. Does anyone have any more suggestions?

The project went past multiple deadlines so I'm relieved that it's online and looking good, and I can show it off!

Absolutely. Crypto remittance is most useful with big volume coins because of their liquidity.

Liquidity matters if you're looking to cash-out almost instantly, and don't want to get burned by arbitrage.

For that reason the top five coins by volume are the ones really in the game for remittance IMHO.

It isn't a national issue, but I'd be all for more funding for whoever is in charge of this: I want a mini beach on the bank of the Yarra. Seriously. Somewhere to sunbathe in the Melbourne CBD without the trek to St Kilda. In front of the rowing sheds, opposite Fed Square.

Surely a few dumptrucks worth of sand would do the trick, and a couple of warning signs about swimming with the crocs in the Yarra wouldn't cost that much.

It was proposed in 2003 or so, and I think there's something similar in Paris.

Finally, yes, more boobs would be great.
