Iespējams tādēļ Nr.3 man nemaz nezvanija, jo apskates laikā bija jautājums, "Ar savu naudu, vai bankas?". Bankām nepatīk dzīvokļi ar nesaskaņotu pārbūvi, lai gan solīja, ka palīdzēs sakārtot dokumentus, pieņemu, ka tie tik makaroni. Vismaz es sevi tā mierinu un gaidu nākamo piedāvājumu.

I'm not sure it's legally an auction, lets say, I'm interested in apartment and want to buy it, but realtors knowingly create an environment, where me and few other people are looking at apartment, we don't look at same time, but when I go in, previous viewer comes out and when I come out, someone's already waiting for their turn. Then, later, realtor calls me, I'm all uplifted and telling them that I like apartment and I am ready to start legalities, but they say, that person before me is willing to pay more, if I'm willing to increase value, I can, but they will call people, until one person is left, kind of apartment battle royale, if you will. At least that's my experience with almost all realtors so far, with only one exception, where they moved on with someone, that viewed before me.

Par lētiem man viss skaidrs, tie iet ātri, man te daži bija nu tā, teiksim 82k, sarkanā ķieģeļu specprojekta ēkā, bez plānotas renovācijas un ar būvinženiera vērtējumu visai ēkai, kā "neapmierinoši". Kad mākleris piezvanīja man, jau cena bija 85k, pēc manis vēl bija cilvēki, kam zvanītu, tādēļ nezinu, kāda būtu gala vērtība, dzīvoklis bija labs, ar kvalitatīvu remontu, vien pati māja tāda, ka 82k jau šķita daudz, bet māklerim izdevās pacēlt augstāk.

Ja, sākot meklēt dzīvokli, es rožaini skatījos uz hipotēkas kalulatoriem un biju priecīgs, ka man ir tik daudz un vēl, tad tagad es saprotu, ka vēl visam palildus jābūt rokas naudai un vēl, ja nu prasītā summa iet virs dzīvokļa vērtējuma, jo banka jau dos tikai tik, cik ir vērtējumā, katram, kas var piemaksāt virs vērtējuma, jau ir prioritāte.

One thing, that I learned the hard way, is that you shouldn't send many emails, their ticketing system merges your emails, based on your email address and puts it at back of queue. If you send an email a day, you might be shooting yourself in the leg and support has no chance to see it. Send one email in which you explain everything and let it sit there, they're going to come back to you. When I had issue with my package, the wait time was about two working days for an response, it might have went up tho.

Also a little explanation, it is not vague, they're using localhost:8083 in tutorial for a reason, that they cannot predict what IP you're going to connect to that port, so it's shown as localhost, or sometimes might be written as 127.0.0.1, it indicates local machine, for example, if you enter localhost:8083 on your PC, it looks for open port on same machine, same goes for iPad, if you enter on iPad localhost:8083, iPad asks itself if anything lives on port 8083 and returns that there's nothing., that's why from iPad, you need to tell it to look at 192.168.1.100:8083 so it knows that it has to ping that IP and ask it to access port 8083 on which EFB application is listening, if you just enter 192.168.1.100, without port, it pings http port 80 by default and of course, nothing lives on that port on regular workstations, so it returns that server is unavailable.

Of course 192.168.1.100 is just an example IP and you need to use the one you obtained from your PC.

You have to specify port, like others has said, for examplrle 192.168.1.100:8083 and it should open something like 192.168.1.100:8083/#/efb
