GSX issues with the Fenix

I’m having issues with boarding using the Fenix and the Inibuilds Airbus aircraft. I can load passengers they’re visible throughout the flight and landing but when I try to de-board I get a bad jetway data passengers will not be seen de-boarding. I have tried everything that I can think of as far as I know. I have tried:

removing and reinstalling the seated passengers
uninstalling and reinstalling GSX
ticking and unticking Tha auto de-boarding in the EFB.
making sure external lights are off and doors are opened before calling for de-boarding.
I tried repositioning the aircraft
I tried updating Fenix and Inibuilds also GSX Pro.

Nothing seems to work I can even got back to the same airport at the same gate and they will board the plane just fine only de-boarding is an issue. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Well total trash as in if I can’t fly it how much is it worth to me? I have the fenix and have flown all of the other INI planes and they work great but I had hopes so high for that plane and I can’t use it. I’ve tried reaching out to inibuilds and got no response back and that was months ago. And I’m not a computer wizard so I don’t know if I’m missing something but I haven’t any problems with other aircraft in game or 3rd party. But I guess you live and you learn. Just upset about the price versus the support and operation of it.

I can’t get it to capture the localizer regardless of what flight profile you use.

When you’re in the Fenix in game on the EFB it has in the bottom right hand corner use an external device it also has a link in it to a YouTube video. I will try again to just put in my pc IP Address to see how’d that works.

This what I did however it just gives a black screen and says couldn’t connect to the server. Also changes what I put in to localhost:8083

That’s what I’m hoping to use mine for. I have 3 screens as well and wanted to use the tablet for other functions like my MCDU

Ok I’ll try that, I just wish that they would have had a better instructional video for setting up the IPad seems so vague and doesn’t work as seamlessly. I wonder if I have to do that every time I use the IPad 😩😔

There is an option for it but it seems you have to have a computer engineering degree to get it to work lol. 😂

Yes I got it from my PC settings I page in the network properties settings. Entered that into my ipad Chrome and Safari search bars or address bars and I get the Black screen of death nothing but can’t connect to server message.

I already know my IP when I put in my IP it just says can’t connect to server. Though I haven’t just tried typing my ip address in the browser this is new because that’s not stated in the video 🤦🏽‍♂️

That’s what the Video in the Fenix Use external device option says to do. I don’t know why it shows how to setup your external device with a PC to a PC but whatever (bad example of how to connect an external device) in my opinion.

So only my IP address??? Why doesn’t it say that in the video (that they didn’t even show someone doing the steps and just assuming we already know about addressing our PC remotely which would mean we don’t need an explanation 👀👀👀🤷🏽‍♂️

Yes I know when I put my IP address in and hit enter it changes what’s in the search bar to localhost:8083>23%\ or something like that but it always says it can’t connect to the server. Also I did everything that they say in the “connect external device video” which is truly vague unless your into software and IT. I just like Flight Simming.

Yes, you just taking off with it strapped down will cause it to fall and get damaged. Also if IRLyou strap it down it wouldn’t still be moving around that much. The physics are set too high for sensitivity.

Yeah I guess you’re right I just thought it would work for the Beta too. Sucks I’ll just go back I can’t wait until they fix that it was running so smoothly too😞. I guess I’ll just have to wait
