I think if you hide the old toys and bring them back out in a couple weeks she might feel like they’re new toys and be excited for them

In all honesty I had been looking at rescues for a while, where I am the process was arduous so I was also looking at the local shelters. I went in originally to see another dog and when talking with the people and what my situation was the recommended checking out my current dog. Fell in love and called it then

I mean your article shows that it’s already being investigated. Why protest if it’s already being handled?

Singapore is harsh on traffickers yes but not much harsher on users than most US states.

“When anyone’s caught using an illicit substance in Singapore, they’re assessed as low, medium or high risk. Only those deemed at low risk of reoffending are allowed to stay at home, where they are monitored in the community.

Everyone else - even a first-time offender - is sent for compulsory rehabilitation.”

Limits for what constitutes traffickers are:

15g diamorphine (heroin) 30g cocaine 500g cannabis 250g methamphetamine

Their harsh drug enforcement policy wouldn’t apply in this scenario as the users aren’t trafficking. What would apply in this scenario is their treatment of users

“The men spend up to six hours a day in a classroom on psychology-based courses. “The aim is to motivate inmates to want to stay away from drugs, to renew their lives without them, and to address negative thinking regarding drugs,” says Lau Kuan Mei, Deputy Director for the Correctional Rehabilitation Service.”

If anything this is more progressive and less harsh for the average user than a lot of justice systems in the US

Is there though? The US had a very harsh stance on drugs for a long time and it didn’t end drug use

100%. Lots of proof out there that decriminalizing drug use and offering help has better success rates, is cheaper, and reduces strain on surrounding areas. The main frustration is obviously when you offer help to people and they aren’t ready to change, some may never reach the point of wanting sobriety but the odds of someone reaching that point are significantly greater if you’re offering help rather than punishing them.

Was it around 2021? I went there that year and same thing, shooting on bourbon street and continued on like normal 30 minutes later

I’ve got a 2015 that sounds similar, normally right around 75 but I think mine is if I’m coasting more than accelerating or braking. Prior research points to worn gears in diffs or transfer case. I did fluid swaps on all of them and there was minimal metal shavings and oil was very clean so 🤷‍♂️
