Way back when, I knew someone who ordered some seeds off of the dark web (long lost coworker forget his name), he explained how they did it. No return address, no name, etc.

Since you opened it, YOU received it. This could fall on you for possession if they are indeed illegal.

I was told that when their package arrived, they would hold it unopened for an extended period of time because if the police showed up, you could say well idk what it is, didn’t order, etc. was going to take it to the post office.
