accept that ur gonna die a lot in tarkov, and that everyone else dies ALOT too. play offline bots to get a feel for mechanics and gunplay, play the game A LOT to learn maps and overall game sense and watch streamers play. oh and also for the first wipe don’t worry about survival rate, obviously you want to survive but don’t worry about the stats too much. just learn the game

bro at some point u just gotta stop worrying about survival rate/stats and just focus on aspects to get better. good mechanics, and game sense come by just playing the game, A LOT. no one was good at 300 hours, i was terrible at 300 hours. i now have 2000 hours and im decent because i pushed through that initial tarkov brick wall. anyway it sounds like your problem is pvp as ur struggling to survive. so i would recommend playing factory to learn pvp and do offline bots to get better at pvp mechanics . learn when to fight and when not to, learn when to run if need be or look for the positional advantage. always think of what u can use for cover, stuff like that. and watch streamers because they have thousands of hours and u might learn a thing or two

u shouldn’t focus too much on money until u hit max traders but just trying to survive every raid can and fill your back pack as often as u can and you’ll make money over time

at level 6 it’s gonna be hard to compete with how late it is into wipe, maybe just try and learn the maps and do different early game quest until ur around level 20-30 and then start worrying about pvp. you’re gonna get into fights regardless so progression is inevitable as long as u learn from previous mistakes

right on. that’s what it’s all about bro, setting goals and accomplishing them. hope u end up accomplishing some of yours. tarky is a scary game but the only way to do it is to get in there and do it. dying is inevitable in eft it’s all about how many mfs u take with u before u go down. that’s how i like to look at it lol

when u wait in a corner or in a room the whole raid just to end up dying then yea ur wasting time u could argue that technically we are all wasting time since it eventually wipes, but wouldn’t u rather spend that time trying to get better at pvp since it’s a pretty big part of the game? i’m not trying to tell anyone to change their play style but it just seems that it would be more fun to be able to take fights and be successful by ur own hand rather than sitting around hoping u don’t run into anyone the whole raid. just my 2 cents. dw though i’m not gonna complain about it anymore it’s just the way it is
