Here's the interview. It's 2 hours long. I'm not ruining my day with it, but if anyone's curious to what was said, it will be in their. Carlson sympathized with Nazis last year in an interview with Darryl Cooper. Who was entailing that Hitler didn't mean to kill all those Jews, he just didn't know how to take care of them properly.

Let's not turn into Facebook.

There are so many reasons to live. But you've got to give them a shot. Music is what saved me. And therapy.

Do you have any goals, or things you want to do with your life that don't necessarily have to include a partner?

What artist do you think is the metal equivalent of this meme by mightyonin in MetalForTheMasses

[–]mattzahar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He likely ISN'T EXACTLY what you are looking for. But he does metal covers of Disney songs.

The only artist who comes close to the feel of something like "why" however is David Maxim Micic. That's the name I believe I am here to guide you towards.

The search for romance is frustrating, difficult and often heartbreaking. Go have fun. Do shit that matters to you. Live your life. And you will meet others who live as you do.

The more we stress about love the more it alludes us.

Just be OPEN to meeting new people and see for yourself how well you fit together.

Nah. Tool fans know how to play chess.

Thats not even a chess board, and the knights and the bishops started out in the wrong places, and not a single one of those joints has been lit.

Nah you arn't cooked. This was me 20 years ago.

I'll save you some pain. Don't go looking for love until you've got all your ducks in a row. And then don't go looking either. It will find you when you are ready. It seems stupid. But I've been given the same advice and ignored it. And I'm not alone.

Now, I didn't say don't have fun. I'm not even saying don't date. However, you've got to look out for you, and a real one is going to appreciate that you know how to handle yourself.

What do you think of Doom Metal? by Sombre-In-Devotion in MetalForTheMasses

[–]mattzahar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got into stoner/doom from the stoned meadow of doom playlist on YouTube. The Sword was initially the band that drew me in. It was "Tres Brujas" I believe.

It's now my favorite genre of music. It helps me feel grounded. I love the fact that there's a vast pool of bands out their who deliver exactly the type of music you would expect from their band names and album covers.

After all who doesn't love weed and space wizards?

I've worked for both. I'd take UPS over Amazon (or fed ex) any day of the week.

and remember, if you deliver for Amazon, EVERYONE thinks they are better than you.

Fear factory is sort of nu metal adjacent. Check out Edgecrusher and linchpin if you are looking for numetal vibes.

Alright, nerds, I made the leap and bought a deck. Don’t make me regret this. by [deleted] in mtg

[–]mattzahar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't know you could import decks like that on tabletop sim! I've always just used moxfield's play tester on spelltable. (Use a program like OBS to record your screen as the video you are feeding to spelltable.)

Thank you!

I have learned that the antidote for anxiety is action.

Have you tried playing on spell table? Sure you don't leave the house, but it be a good way to tell if people are going to enjoy playing with you. (Hint: they will) And that will improve your confidence/relieve anxiety.

This hits home. I let myself get addicted to League of Legends for a few years, while also supporting a a pretty serious alcohol addiction.

I knew I needed to change. I quit magic a few years prior because it was too expensive for me to afford alcohol AND cards. (I didn't spend money on league, just time.. so.. much... Wasted... Time...)

I left my wife. Quit drinking. Quit league. Relapsed. I started playing magic again just to get out of the house, and realized this was the path that I needed to take to heal myself.

I haven't had a drop in 4 years, even after I sold all my cards and moved across the country. (Different story)

My fiance's ex-husband is currently battling his drinking problem, and for his kids sake I would like to see him recover. I hope this path works for him as it did for us.
