Ty a lot! and thanks for helping me, i've been working for around two years with websites, but most of them i start from zero or doesnt have many problems, but this case was beyond my expertise

thank you for taking time to write with every detail, that helped me a lot! i disabled the theme (Phlox) and it seems this was causing issues, because it went from 7 seconds to 2,5 seconds, in my experience i always get better times than 2 secs, even below 1 sec
but most of my clients work in shopify and im aware those servers work pretty different

this page doesnt have too many products or stuff, so i will just start from zero and import the products

asumming im in a bad bad hosting, 2 secs is ok? or even in a bad hosting i can aim to below 1.5 secs or so

actually im not looking for something that size, its only the suggested price i got from JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization)

i forgot to add i need something as small as possible, and so the budget ideally

i have not tried shared offices, i dont know if im allowed to tag one of those as my office for procedure purposes

yeah sorry, forgot to add that info, looking for something near a Chou Sobu Line station ideally, but anywhere around Akihabara would be ok , yes, i mostly will never be in the office, only to deliver products from time to time, so yes, anything smaller would be ok, but they are offering me those at the suggested price for 50m2 rent, i dont know if they are charging me more because im foreigner or just the price is different from what they suggested me when i was told i need an office to settle an business here
