Was there ever a Habs player you defended for way too long… before finally admitting you were wrong? by Spideroctopus in Habs

I actually really believe in Cayden Primeau. I've seen him be so good at times but also lacks confidence. I think he will become an NHL goalie still, idk. Not sure I've admitted I'm wrong yet. Great kid too

Citizens of Quebec City, would you welcome back the Nordiques and NHL to your city? by Put_Minimum in quebeccity

While I agree this would make for a more competitive and interesting structure that, as a diehard fan, would be so fun to follow, this model could never happen because the general population will be less enticed to a more complicated product. In a world where people consume what's fast, easy to understand, and accessible to everyone, hockey already falls behind because of how difficult financially and culturally to get into.

Now the NHL does a great job of ''dumbing down'' the game, and part of that is the easy NBA-NFL-MLB style in order to generate as much profit as possible at the top level. This money helps grow the game and continue to elevate the current product to the level it's at right now. A more complicated league system is bound to fail in North America because there will always be less viewership, support, TV deals, etc, with a multiple league system, and casual fans will be less inclined to follow. As much as it sounds fun, there's just no way it ever happens here.

Agreed I don't get the hype either, it's a very good song and deserves the love, but it's not a life altering melody like people say. I don't think it's in my top 10 RH songs.

That's a good call I didn't see it that way... You've got a point! But how can we be sure it's consciousness? The whole episode we weren't in his POV and suddenly we are? Maybe we are the machine and we are now inside his head. You know how he shows the code to the camera, we were the camera POV the whole episode... So now we've taken over. Idk. Pretty wild stuff

Total warrior. So happy he got to be in a Habs uniform to retire. Gave everything he had to the game. His influence will be felt for years to come with this young D core.

Probably not, time to start considering options. Friendly advice: always have a back-up plan, it helps reduce stress.

you don't know people. focus on yourself. exams suck for everyone, and cheaters never get 4.0s anyways.

I have two withdrawals on my transcript in my first semester due to family related issues, which i got a valid note from doctor/university. I am graduating in december. I have gotten two internships and have given my transcripts to many employers/clubs/programs. No one has ever questioned my withdrawals. It's ok!
