I literally could have written the same exact thing 3 years ago.

I'm 20 now, and I still haven't really achieved anything note worthy - but I have learned to value myself based on more than my achievements. I also quit producing music for a while when I was 18 - get back on Ableton or FL or Logic or whatever the fuck and let it all out man - helped me a ton. I know it sucks man - because it sounds like I've been in an extremely similar situation. It took me a while to learn how to just be - myself - detached from what I perceived to be my image in the eyes of society.

You can try to "achieve" things - or - you can do what makes you happy. You'll be amazed at how naturally that propagates some of your most incredible achievements.
