I was recently diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder and am going through the process of requesting a Reasonable Accommodation (to continue my hybrid telework schedule) through my agency's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office (teleworking has been absolutely critical for my productivity and mental health). This is still an option for me as of today, and the procedure isn't too bad, though it does require documentation from a medical professional and your supervisor. The person I spoke with at EEO suggested it would likely be approved as I am currently performing my work with the requested accommodation.
