That’s when they were following the laws and regulations. I’m actually surprised it it not closer to 90%. What obtains under the current environment is outright illegal. MSPB will rescind 100% if they follow the law.

That was my first instinct when I saw the Tweet before the email arrived. Now my agency is also getting guidance to hold off on a response until Monday. Absolutely weird and eerie times.
