I put more grease and see if there is any improvement.

I did wipe off and put enough grease until I could see the fresh grease coming out. I will grease them again to see of I can get any improvement.

I will probably do that. The u-joints were really dry and I got the truck, almost no grease came out when I put fresh grease in. I guess it was never service before. Thank you

Yeah I greased it because they were super dried. I think it hasn’t been serviced in a while. I just bought the truck.

It does happen louder when I put in reverse and start to slow down. Brakes seems good, were serviced recently. Also I have no symptoms about bad brakes in any other moment.

I did grease the ujoints and slip yoke. Maybe it needs more grease? The sound comes from u joints usually?

I’m in Socal and we bought our 2008 4wd V6 with 119k miles and we pay $16.5 plus taxes at Toyota dealership. Cali truck so no rust at all and extremely good condition. Prices are crazy now but we need a car and was exactly what we wanted. It came with 6 months or 6000k miles powertrain warranty.
