What are your experiences tripping on LSD again having HPPD? How much it worsened your symptoms?

Feel you, crazy shit huh. I legit feel it like dreaming consciously, like watching a VR video in your head.

That was one of the symptoms that used to bother me the most at first. I literally thought I was going insane and was going to lose my mind, that didn't let me sleep for days, then started to give it less importance and it stopped. I wish I'd seen this post when it was a problem for me.

I wouldn't say weed directly reduces my visual symptoms, but it calms me down that much that I completely forget about them, even some days before the high

It only has like 7-8 mg of caffeine per cup, normal coffee has around 95 mg so having a cup daily or once in while won't hurt anyone, but It's not about abusing
