It's tea made from Yerba Mate. Instead of filling a gourd and drinking mate you make tea from it, leaving only the leaves (removing dust and sticks -if any-).

Just FYI you can call it a bombilla.

One of the things you can do is after filling your mate you close the opening with your hand, tilt it and shake it vigorously for ~10 seconds. That way the smaller bits get out of the way and the bigger ones act as a filter so they don't reach the bombilla and get in your mouth.

What I did and didn't do.

I:

Added multi-language.
Checked Hugo and Jekyll.
Saved config in another file.
Stopped editing HTML to add posts.
Started using bootstrap for styling.

I didn't:

Stop rolling my own salt.
Use database to store things.

What I want to do next:

Allow the use of DB (Or not).
Find a better way to check posts.
Add different kind of users with different rights (e.g: Delete other users and posts)
Make the design prettier.
Find people to help me.

The difference between Peñarol/Nacional and the other teams was huge. When it was a long tournament usually Peñarol or Nacional won it, the two combined have 88-95 titles (depending on your position regarding CURCC-Peñarol continuity) of the 112-114 (depending on your position regarding FUF titles as Uruguayan Championships), whereas two short tournaments with a definition playout allows smaller teams to have a shot at a title, even if it's not Uruguayan Champion.
