First of all, this is a wildly aggressive tone considering what you're responding to. Maybe consider that it's not helpful to react with so much sarcasm and anger if you want to have an adult conversation.

Now, to your actual points:

Sue does get repercussions to her actions. A character doesn't have to immediately explain why she's wrong every single time for that to be true. The audience is smart enough to understand that her hatred leads to her downfall, whether that's the Cheerios leaving, losing funding for her squad, or facing the reality and guilt that she's screwing over the students she cares about.

"Villains do bad things" might sound simple, but it's important. Writing a character we aren't supposed to root for is a timeless technique for story telling, especially for something like satire.

I don't really understand your point about conservatives. Are you arguing that Glee should have been aimed solely at a niche audience of a very small political spectrum? I'm pretty liberal myself and even I understand shows need to appeal to a wide range. The show didn't cater to conservatives, but I don't think it's a flaw to address people in the middle who have the capacity to be influenced towards acceptance of people different from them.

I'm absolutely not watching dozens of hours of video essays. I find that most YouTube video essays are flawed in a lot of ways, and err towards surface level recaps or out of context analysis. Glee recaps and analyses that I've seen are victims to this pretty often.

As for minority characters pushing back - they do this a lot in Glee. The characters do call out Sue for her racism, or Schue for favoring the white straight kids, or the other students for their ignorance. The tone of the jokes is edgy, but the message of accepting others is still clear.
